Decision Guidance ⇒ Replacement for TeXlipse
Replacement for TeXlipse
I'm looking for a LaTeX editor to replace TeXlipse (eclipse plugin). My LaTeX projects are in version control so a editor must be flexible.
I also have a local texmf directory that contains all my bibliography databases, so the editor I'm looking for will be able to locate and offer citation completion with only having the directory added to LaTeX's search path, as I use several computers to write on and the path to the local texmf may change.
I have tried TeXnicCenter and at present it would appear that it does not support any kind of external BibTeX database, and Kile for Windows requires that I add a specific BibTeX database path to the project, so it's no good.
