I'm using Xetex as a documet default.
In the document properties, Lyx 2 beta 1 does not save the typewriter and sans serif font and always sets it to "default". Furthermore, it sets the sizes of both always to 10%.

Beta 2 still has the bug, furthermore, it always crashes. Everytime. After PDF creation for instance. Very often. Windows 7 x64, Miktex, ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/devel/lyx-2.0 ... -Small.exe
