Greetings.

I experimenting with Latex to draft court documents. The rules of court here prescribe some rather esoteric page layout requirements (as do courts the world over).

I hope to create a document class once I have cracked all the formatting and layout issues optimally.

LaTeX is a good tool even to prepare documents with unusual (but not too exotic) layout. That's its strong point. So you should manage to get the desired layout for your court documents.
