There are two symbols, called \boxvee and \boxwedge, described in the mathabx package at http://www-math.univ-poitiers.fr/~phan/ ... ml#mathabx
However, they don't seem to appear in the CTAN package, maintained by the same fellow as at the site above.
I would like to activate/install these symbols in my installation of MacTeX on my mac.
Does anybody know how?
