It's written in the news on the official site, that there is a multibib package support in a new TxC 2 alpha 3 release. But I didn't find any information about it.
How am I to tell TxC what is the name of the second bibliography to run BibTeX on?

You have to define BibTeX as a postprocessor for every additional bibliography. The multibib support mentioned in the news refers to command recognition in the structure view.
