Show a concrete code example where the extended mode causes problems. The links in my previous replies give you all necessary instructions how to build an example that reproduces your problem.

Until now you haven't provided neither useful information nor did you give an exact description of the problem that you think is caused by the extended mode. In particular there is information missing about

• A sample document that causes the alleged problem.
• Error messages or warnings from the log file.
• An example of the output that is either prevented or negatively influenced by the extended mode.

Furthermore you didn't answer any of my previous questions. What is shown in the picture indicates a problem with your OS and not with LaTeX itself. The extended mode as well as the compiler settings for SyncTeX are not the cause for the problem.

I suggest that you put all necessary files (*.tex, *.bib) located in the folder from your attached image into a ZIP archive and attach them here by upload to the forum server. Do not use an external file hoster.
