I need to modify my header.
Now it looks like that:

What I need to have:

Where "DZIAŁ 1. PRZEPISY OGÓLNE" is a chapter, "Rozdział 2. Zasady ogólne" is a section and "Art 6-13" is a list of all subsections in section.
Subsections are written as '\subsection*{Art. 6 Zasada legalności}'
Is it even possible ?
