Configure Winedt to use XeLatex
Also, I apologize for posting this here instead of the Winedt forum below. I did so because there seems to be little activity there.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Configure Winedt to use XeLatex
I respect you wish to post into this subforum, but I'd like to move the posting into the WinEdt subforum after the question is solved. Ok for you?
WinEdt should be able to work with Unicode, at least is should be able to open and save utf8 files even if it's using Windows standard encoding for displaying/ editing.
Concerning XeLaTeX you could just replace the latex (pdflatex) command with xelatex. Look here (source).

Re: Configure Winedt to use XeLatex
Could you please give a hint how the otf fonts Warnock Pro and Swiss721 Hv Bt can be invoked, now that WinEdt would compile in XeLaTeX? I asked a question regarding those fonts in LaTeX >> General but probably I'd find the answer here learning that WinEdt can in fact compile a XeLaTeX text. Thanks in advance.
