LyX2.2.2 on Mac: "math delimiter" is empty

Mac OSX 10.7.5, LyX 2.2.2. This error appears to have happened when I updated to 2.2.2. Before there was a wide range of brackets available in math-mode; I particularly need bra and ket brackets. Attached is a screen-shot of what I have now.

What LyX version did you upgrade from? There have been some changes to this part of the code (see e.g. https://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/10118), but I don't think I'm seen someone report the issue you describe.

Note that you can use ERT in math to enter LaTeX directly. It's not ideal, but perhaps it is a workaround.
