can't get cites work on lyx [Solved]

Hi !

I'm new to lyx, starting to write my thesis, and i started to do some cites. Make the bibtex with Jabref, and inserted it on to lyx. After that i made the citations where i need them. But when i preview on pdf, all them looks like this: "(?)". And i have no idea why or how to solve it.

I use Ubuntu 16.04 and LyX 2.2.2

I have made further research and found this in the code:

cites i have made:

Can you please post a minimal example? In your case, this would be a minimal .lyx file and a minimal .bib file that I could open and compile and see exactly what you seen. Then I would be able to look into a solution. For more information, please see https://wiki.lyx.org/FAQ/MinimalExample

hi, i was a couple of days out of the city on vacations.

i solve the problem looking on internet. i just have to press on the bibtex bibliography an click on releer (re-read in english i think), and that solve it.
