LYX help appreciated ! Former user from 6 yrs ago, but no longer installed.
Am running Win-XP, but cannot successfully download the current version of LYX.
Also, I do not have any g-zipped files, hence cannot open them.

LYX download onto W-XP
Hi Gila,
Can you please give more details? What do you mean by "cannot download" ? What *exactly* have you tried? What URL are you trying to download from? Do you get an error? Does it timeout?
