I'm just starting to program in Latex and I'm wondering how I can see my test document as a pdf. I keep on getting the same error message. Any idea how to solve this matter?
Probably some easy problem for you guys. Could you please help me out ?

aside from TeXniccenter, do you have either MikTeX or TeX Live (recommended) installed? You absolutely need one of those.
