Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ Help with interval

Hello,
please, give me an advice. I need to count in latex inequalities and they draw results using the interval, eg. see the picture.
Also, I need to draw as well as an intersection when one arrow goes both in image and second instance. 5 left.
Please your advice, what commands to use to render? Thanks
