Hello,
I am using LyX for biomedical scientific reports. Using Bibtex with Jabref for my references.
What I need is for references to show in order of appearance in the text, and that works with the vancouver.bst style when exporting to PDF. But when I export to HTML or ODF they are sorted alphabetically... same behaviour in Windows and Linux versions.
Tried with default Citation style and Natbib - no difference.
Can anyone help?
