LyX ⇒ Lyx returns question marks [??] instead of figure number
Re: Lyx returns question marks [??] instead of figure number
does not make any difference. i tried both writing in all text like simple 35%, and also 35 followed by a Latex-code box with \% inside, but still it gives the same output
NEW: TikZ book now 40% off at Amazon.com for a short time.

Lyx returns question marks [??] instead of figure number
I find that rather strange. I'll attach a minimal lyx file with a
%
in a table caption which works fine for me. Please try if it works for you, too.- Attachments

Lyx returns question marks [??] instead of figure number
For some reason, LyX sets the type of the image as
eps
, which is not defined/valid since you are exporting to pdf directly. Try to remove the image completely and add it back using your normal workflow. The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
Re: Lyx returns question marks [??] instead of figure number
thanks for the suggestion, but it does not work
i tried to remove readd the picture, but nothing.
i dont think that is the problem, cause even removing completely the picture float, i get the same ?? for the remaining references. It is the % in the caption, but i cannot find a way to solve it
