Page Layout ⇒ List of figures

I'm writing my thesis using LyX. I have almost finished my thesis but I have a problem with list of figures. I added the word "Fig. No.", "Figure Title", and "Page No." in a header below the title "List of Figures". The problem is that I want to repeat this header for all the pages of list of figures. I'm using report class and the package tocloft. I used the following code to generate the header:

\\[1\baselineskip]\bfseries{Fig. No \hfill Title \hfill Page No.\linebreak} \vskip-50pt}

Any help?
