beamer | Keyboard Shortcuts to create Frames

Post by carlosmg1982 »

Hi guys,

So, this is my problem. I really need to find a shortcut for beamer presentations in order to create and to end frames. It is very tiring doing it with the mouse every time. I have not found anything that I can edit in Preferences/Edit/Keyboard Shortcuts ... Any idea around? Thank you!

Recommended reading 2024:

LaTeXguide.org • LaTeX-Cookbook.net • TikZ.org

NEW: TikZ book now 40% off at Amazon.com for a short time.

And: Currently, Packt sells ebooks for $4.99 each if you buy 5 of their over 1000 ebooks. If you choose only a single one, $9.99. How about combining 3 LaTeX books with Python, gnuplot, mathplotlib, Matlab, ChatGPT or other AI books? Epub and PDF. Bundle (3 books, add more for higher discount): https://packt.link/MDH5p

I'm aware this post is ancient but for what it's worth:

You can add a new keyboard shortcut with the command "layout Frame" and the key combination you like (I use ALT+b+b).

Hi Noran,

welcome to the forum!

Thank you for posting the solution. It's very good, even if the thread is an old one. It may help somebody who comes in searching for it via google.

So, it's great to have older question answered and solved too.
