General ⇒ How to import rtf to LyX

Hello,

I am new to the LyX and I need to upload a .rtf extension file. When I try to import through dropdown menu it gives me an error as following:

An error occurred while running:
rtf2latex2e "Interaction.rtf"

I have searched before posting here but could not find any solution. I also converted to the dot, then to tex format and tried to import it, it also did not work.

Any ideas on that?

Did you manage to import the file in the meantime? If yes, how did it work, finally?

If not: do you have the tool rtf2latex2e installed? LyX uses it. You could call rtf2latex2e at the command prompt, to check this.
