unable to reconfigure

I am not a MikTeX expert, never was and never will be. I cannot give any advice on how to fix it.

But i can give you an alternative TeX Live. Link to installation instructions.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

Hi Gavand,

welcome to the forum!

Also I use TeX Live, and I'm very satisfied with installation and usage. I install it several times on various systems: on a Windows laptop, my Ubuntu desktop PC, my Mac ProBook, my Debian servers. It feels great that it always simply works. I usually do a full installation, so I don't need to worry about later installing missing things.
