Hello Everyone,
I am using Latex for the first time. I need advises on how to learn on to create documents. I am reading the document available on Texstudio on how to create. All advises are welcome even links on how to learn would be really appreciated.
Also I am need to create document skeleton in Latex in which i can just paste the image and write. Atttached is the document for which I need template. If anyone has something like that please share if close enough also that will work I can try to modify match my requirement.

You can have a look at the LaTeX Resources for Beginners. Perhaps browse it and see what you like, there's some good stuff. I wrote an introductional book myself, the LaTeX Beginner's Guide, which is also available as ebook in PDF and kindle version. Next month a LaTeX cookbook will appear, full of examples with instructions.
