how can i put text into the cite
make it like

text,text[see, for example, 1-4]

i use 'cite' package

This looks to me like a very unusual way of citing. I would do this in another way (see, for example [1-4]).

If it's really necessary it could be achieved by

text \citeleft see, for example, \citen{key1,key2,key3,key4}\citeright
