I need to create a PHP code to generate a report about many information in Mysql database. The user fill a form and these informations will be save in Mysql database. After I will generate a report with these informations.
However working with PHP to generate PDF is complicated. I would like to know if it would be possible to use Latex templates to generate theses reports.

That's possible with LaTeX if you would use LuaLaTeX, accessing the database using luasql.
Alternatively, you could use
datatool with datatooltk.
