### Capital greek letters are not italic

Hello,
I have problem with capital greek letters in math mode. Normally, everything I type in math mode is italic. However, when I type there capital greek letter, it is normal. I also tried to use \textit{$\Gamma$}, but with the same result. Does anyone have the same experience? Possibly, how to solve it?
I don't know if this will help, but this is my preamble:
1. \documentclass[dvipdfm,a4paper,twoside,openright,12pt]{report}
2. \usepackage[cp1250]{inputenc}
3. \usepackage[dvipdfm]{graphicx}
4. \usepackage[IL2]{fontenc}
5. \usepackage[czech]{babel}
6. \usepackage{a4wide}
7. \usepackage{wrapfig}
8. \usepackage{xcolor}
9. \usepackage[twoside, hscale=0.76, vscale=0.82, bindingoffset=1.65cm]{geometry}
10. \usepackage[dvipdfm]{hyperref}
11. \usepackage{upgreek}
12. \usepackage{fancyhdr}
13. \usepackage{emptypage}

You can use \mathit{\Phi} to change to italics.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
