How can I write citations of references in LaTeX?

This is a really basic issue, have you checked LaTeX for complete novices and Using LaTeX to write a PhD Thesis?

Of course, asking for further explanation or for more detail or background is always good. But the most basic stuff needs to stay somehow centralised.

There are other learning resources, with easy descriptions of how to get things going.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
