Currently running the latest version of Adobe and vista's patched up fine.

I've browsed several ebooks on how to add the required tags but it would help if I could preview it.

welcome to the board!
Has a pdf file been generated? Perhaps post the logfile as attachment, we could understand more if we could see the warnings and information listed in the logfile.
