Great template, however it seems to be incompatible with the ‘
subfig’ package; will not compile if this package is included.Any ideas why?

The problem appears to be caused by
\usepackage[scriptsize]{subfigure} in the thesis.cls file. It seems you can only have 1 of the following packages in a document: subfig, subfigure or subcaption.Cheers,

subfigure is obsolete for some time now and has been superseeded by subfig. However, package subcaption is the only package that supports hyperref satisfactory.The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
