Go into
moderncvstylecasual.sty and find the line "\renewcommand*{\makecvtitle}{". In this block is where the photo and name are printed (\@photo, \@firstname and \@familyname respectively). You'll need to switch these so the name is first and the photo is second. Good luck!Cheers,
