This template is great but I am not sure how to add my name to the top of the second page i.e. add a header to only the second resume page. Suggestions?

If you would like to add the same header as on the first page to the second page simply add a

If you would like to add the same header as on the first page to the second page simply add a
\makecvtitle in the place where you would like the header. You may have to ignore a few compilation errors regarding variables already being defined if you do this.Cheers,
