LyX ⇒ The authors and theirs affiliations don't appear

I import a tex template into lyx and when I execute lyx I have the pdf file without authors and affiliations, can you help me please?

Hi, we will need a bit more information, a code example for example.

All i could tell you right now is »Sorry, my crystal ball is broken« which isn't very helpful, right?

Once we know the LaTeX code is running, a LyX user might be able to take care of the rest.

Still the actual problem with your LyX import might be unclear. It would also be very helpful, if you would add ad attachment to a forum post: your .tex document, your .lyx file (after import), a pdfLaTeX export of your .lyx file (so non-LyX user can find the cause too and help to fix it).

Thank you, I solved the problem by delete the comments that appear after import the tex file in lyx and then the authors appear in the pdf.
