Problem in my paper using ieee conference template

Good evening,

I can't understand why there is a different space before and after the title section in my paper, for example the space before and after Methodology is not the same as Application and Results in the figure below. Can you help me please?

Hi and welcome,

i can give a guess, that maybe \flushbottom is active, and the issue could be resolved by \raggedbottom.

To really help you, we need to see some compilable code, the documentclass you are using and some filler text from package blindtext. That is the only way, you get a solid solution.
