References not visible in pdf after conversion from LYX
I am suddenly not able to see references when I convert to pdf or dvi in LYX. What is the reason behind it and how can I solve it? I use document class RevTex 4.1 and I am not using any reference manager however when I use Jabref, then everything seems to work fine. I can see the reference in the pdf.

This isn't enough information. Jabref is just a little visual aid to organize your bib-database. Nothing more, nothing less.
Can you export your document to LaTeX and compile it the usual way? If yes, then something is wrong on the LyX side. Are there any messages or information given by the programs you are using? What do they say?
