General ⇒ trouble with installing packages using MikTeX and lyx

Hello lyx experts!
I need to have book(Koma Skript) available, so i installed the package with MikTeX. It still apeared as unavailable, so i installed all packages -just in case- and still it doesnt work! i dont get where these packages are installed, as it gives a strange path: texmf/doc/latex/acmconf
I have the lyx15 folder and the Miktex folder both in the same folder (Programme). can it be that the MikTeX folder has to be inside a special folder in the lyx15 folder or sth? or do i have to change the settings somewhere in lyx?
