Lyx Convertors for Lilypond to pdf

Post by tburn »

Hi all,
So Im new to Lyx, and want to include Lilypond snippets in my report, but Im getting an error:
"An error occurred while running pdflatex "project_name.lytex"".

I believe I don't have the convertor set up correctly in tools->preferences->File Handling->Convertors.

Originally, it was complaining about convertors, so I added Lilypond book (LaTeX) -> Latex (pdflatex, using convert-ly as the convertor. And now I'm getting the error.

Can anyone help me please?
Thanks,
Tommy

Seems there are currently no Lilipond users around, sorry.

You may try TeX.SX. Lot's of nice helpers there.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
