LyX ⇒ How to activate the shortcut bar

Hi all!

When I saw some other people using LyX, they had a bar / line below the document which showed for every click / action the made the corresponding shurtcut which would have done the same action.
Unfortunately I don't see such a bar when running LyX. Where can I make it visible?
