General ⇒ Captions aligned left using ccaption

Hi, I'm using longtable and ccaption packages. I would change ccaption
but it's too late at this point. I need to make captions left-justified.
ccaption documentation tells me to use \captionstyle{ STYLE } to change this,
but I haven't had any luck justifying it using this.

Any help?
