Vertical alignment of three symbols

Is there any way to use \genfrac or any other command to write three vertically aligned symbol in the following way?

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
s
t
Is there any way to use something like \command{y}{s}{t} ?

Array, matrix, align, ... depends on the context and use.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
