Header numbering depth

Post by mappo »

I want to increase the enumeration depth to four "decimals".
Currently there seems to be three: CHAPTER.SECTION.SUBSECTION but when I add a
\subsubsection it doesn't get numbered - only its name is displayed.

Ho do I do this?
My .cls file was given to me by the univ. dept, so I haven't written it myself.
