LyX "View->PdfLatex"

Post by Firmin »

Hi,

I've been using LyX for a bit but I'm not all the familiar with all the great functionality. Previously my LyX under the 'view' menu had optios like View->Pdflatex which would open a pdf with a preview that I could save, now that I've reinstalled LyX it's no longer there. Is there anyway I can return this?

Sorry for the noobish question.

Regards,

Firmin

Was it the same version of LyX?
Is it 2.1.1?
Can you click on the eyes button?
If you go to Tools > reconfigure, then restart LyX do you see any difference?
