Math & Science ⇒ how i write align without parentheses?

i need to remove parentheses from align numbering and use dot (.) for that. for example i need to see:

You could redefine the internal macro \tagform@. Here I modify the original version, removing parentheses and inserting the dot:

\usepackage{amsmath}
\makeatletter
\renewcommand*{\tagform@}[1]{\maketag@@@{.\ignorespaces#1\unskip\@@italiccorr}}
\makeatother
\begin{document}
\begin{align}
y = f(x)
\end{align}
\end{document}

It will change the tag for all displayed formulas, but I think that's desirable for consistent numbering.

Here's an alternative method using the mathtools package and its \newtagform{<name>}{<left>}{<right>} macro which maybe is a little bit more intuitive:

\usepackage{mathtools}% loads `amsmath'

\newtagform{leftdot}{.}{}
\usetagform{leftdot}

\begin{document}

\begin{align}
  y = f(x)
\end{align}

\end{document}
