What i really wanted you to note is that i used a picture from the mwe package in my example, your screenshot showed one of your own pics.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

Johannes, yes I understood ...
I think it was a compatibility issue with caption and beamer like Stefan wrote.
If I delete the numbers come back, but I updated the MacLaTeX and now is all ok.
