General ⇒ TexnicCenter not useable on my System

Hello together,

unfortunately I can not use TeXnicCenter on my system (Windows XP) and so far I could not find a person who would assist me in solving this problem.

The thing is, that I can not start a new project.
Everytime I try this, the application just crashes.
On the other hand I can open tex-Files and compile them.
Further more the application sets most of the menu entries und command buttons inactive from time to time.
The only way to get back the control is to restart the application.

I have no problems with running other tools on my system.

Does anyone have an idea what could cause my problems ?
Does anyone know how to report those problems to the developers ?

I have the following configuration:

1 Beta 7.01
and I have installed the update file

Installation order:
1) MikTex
2) TeXnicCenter

Ich bin der deutschen Sprache mächtig. Und falls irgendjemand antwortet möchte, der diese Fähigkeit auch besitzt, habe ich nichts dagegen mich in meiner Muttersprache auszutauschen.
Natürlich nur, wenn das nicht gegen irgendwelche Regeln verstößt.

I have not experienced any problems. I have the same version of TeXnicCenter on my Windows XP (x64), and I can open *.tcp project files. (I also have MiKTeX, but I do not think that is important.)

I attached a sample. Try opening it.
