Close document before running LaTeX in TexninCenter

I am using TexninCenter and Adobe Reader XI. I want to close a PDF as and when I click on the "Built and View" button. I got help in this latex-community.org and redefined my output profile as I have attached herewith. But all my effort was unsatisfactory. Please help me at the earliest.

The most convenient way would be to use sumatra pdf which doesn't lock the pdf. No need to close and reopen the document anymore.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
