12x12 matrix with border labels

Hi, I am doing my final year maths project at uni.

I am using LaTeX in amsmath

I want to include a 12x12 matrix with each column and row labelled. \bordermatrix won't work because 12x12 is too big

Once I have managed this I want to circle certain entries and strike through parts of rows.

Is any of this possible? Please help!
