Dear Users,
I am using Textworks (in a MacBook Pro) and when I use the command
\cite{thebookintheHugefile},
I need to go to the myBibliography.bib file..and to copy+paste the tag of the book.
Is there some easy way to use the tag..maybe pressing some key?
(I see my friend who in WinEdt does not need to go to the file..but automatically the editor shows all the references needed)
Thank you for your attention.

I think Texworks can't do it. But Texstudio or texmaker might be worth a try. Both should work on windows, linux and Mac OS X.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
