Bibliography for Elxevier Journal

Post by nilshb »

Hi all,

I hav eproblems with formatting my bibliography for an elsevier journal and their stylefiles. I am using MacTex.

I am using:

\bibliographystyle{model3-num-names}
\bibliography{dod}

to format the bibliography. It does not look as it should:

If I choose a different Elsevier style, it looks different (bold / italic etc.), but still not right. But I assume the files are installed properly, I do not get error messages.

This is the bibliography file I exported from Endnote:

http://www.ellendt.de/stuff/dod.bib

Any suggestions?

Nils

I'm afraid not everyone knows exactly what elsevier requires, nor is everyone willing to try and find that info, so please tell us what you want different from what you get, that increases your chances of getting an answer. Furthermore, please post a complete Infominimal working example so we know what code you use to produce that output.
Ubuntu 13.10 + Tex Live 2013 + Texmaker / Windows 7 Pro + MikTex 2.9 + TexnicCenter / Android 4.3 + TexPortal + DroidEdit
