footnotemark and footnotetext mechanism
I'm preparing a document for press (almost 600 pages) and since I use \widowpenalty10000 and \clubpenalty10000 and there are many footnotes, it is often necessary to use \footnotemark and \footnotetext because two lines of text which ends with a footnote go on the next page leaving ugly two-line-space on the previous page. I don't mind having footnotetext on the next page in a thread, but manually correcting all of them is a little bit tedious. Is there a way to tell LaTeX to automatically move footnotetext on the next page instead of moving last two lines of text only because it has a footnote on its end?
