Latex newspaper?! New question!

I'm trying to create an application that generates compositions of dynamically like this across Latex but ... Is this possible or am I wasting time?

have a look at the papertex package, see example paper, it was recommended by Thorsten in this thread.

Thank you for your prompt response. Papertex already saw, I think what I want to do is more complex than this and I have seen some pages that discuss that latex is not a good choice for this sort of thing. More than knowing how, I wonder if you can get to do something as complex as what the the photo above...

If LaTeX would be a good choice depends on the contents of the document. For instance if many math expressions would be used I would prefer LaTeX. Of course you could buy a commercial design software for the newspaper purpose.

Did you look at the papertex example I linked above? It looks quite complex, that's why I think the layout you posted above could be done with papertex.
