I am a newbie on LaTeX but would like to create a special kind of a form.
It should have a grey area on the top. In this are there have to be 4 clusters of white fields for numbers/characters:
1 cluster for 2 numbers
1 cluster for 2 characters
2 cluster for 3 numbers each
In the top left there should be some space for a title. The body of the document can work like an article but it should have the function to create text fields which indicate the number of characters.
I uploaded a file to illustrate what I mean.
I am looking forward to your replies. Otherwise I have to use an ordinary office software.
