Thanks Tom, that helps. I opened your .lyx file but get the error "sunil.sty" not found. You stated earlier in this thread that you don't think the sunil package is responsible. If this is the case, then it should be removed. In fact, you should remove as much of the preamble (ideally you would remove everything) as you can while still reproducing the issue. Then, can you make a ticket on http://www.lyx.org/trac with the version set to 2.0.6 and the target set to 2.0.7? If this is a regression, it should be fixed before the next release.
