General ⇒ Class File Import

Hello friends,

I am writing my master thesis using LyX. My university (TU-Ilmenau) has given me a format to use for the thesis. Sadly, It is all in .tex files. I am posting the link below for that. How can I import that into my LyX installation. Is there any way to convert it into .cls file. I searched quite a lot on net, but could not find anything good. Kindly let me know.
